In fact there's no such thing as a healthy diet that works for everyone. The programmes I offer are based on the principle of metabolic typing and courses start with a metabolic type test so that you can know the mix of foods that is right for your body chemistry.

About Metabolic Typing

At a biochemical level, people are very different. This means we need different mixtures of foods. No one diet is good for everyone.

You can't guess your type, you need to test it. Your first homework is to eat six meals! After each one there is a questionnaire to record how your body responds to the test meals.

You will only enjoy great health when you eat the mix of foods that meets your own needs.

One man's meat really is another man's poison.

 

Ladies, if you enjoy spending money on your nails, hair, make-up, face creams and clothes to enhance your appearance from the outside, how's about taking a metabolic type test and learning about healthy eating to enhance your appearance from the inside? Bright eyes, glowing skin, a trim figure and energy in your movements will change how people see you as well as how you feel about yourself.

Gents, for the price of a couple of football matches or nights out, you can find out how to feel good by eating the right foods. Going to the gym is great for many reasons but doesn't have much effect on your weight or body fat. Complement your workouts by eating right for your type.

Nutrition Coaching does not attempt to diagnose or 'cure' any specific medical complaint. Instead, by supporting the whole body and improving general health and strength, many existing health problems simply disappear.
